DINNER MENU & FEATURED BEERS:
FIRST COURSE Beer: Small Axe infused with Ginger and Orange Peel (Cask)
King Crab with "Liquid gold": mojo de ajo, fresh orange-habanero salsa, ginger-cucumber cloud.
SECOND COURSE Beer: The Unforgiven Amber Ale
Queso Frito: fried shephards hope queso fresco, roasted beers, caramelized onion-agave nectar vinaigrette, arugula, toasted pepitas.
THIRD COURSE Beer: Double Bubble, Imperial IPA
Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles): roasted beef ribeye, rice noodles, holy basil, thai chiles, soy sauce, scallions, marinated bean sprouts salad.
DESSERT Beer: Uber Alt (Cask)
Buckwheat pound cake: pear brulee, roasted white chocolate namelaka, maple-brown butterscotch, malted almond crunch.
